Our story began in 2013 when devastating floods in Uttarakhand forced thousands of women to earn a livelihood after losing their spouses.
Dr.Hireshaverma, "the Mushroom lady of India", started Mushroom cultivation and trained over 5000 women, from a small servant quarter.Today we have a state-of-the-art infrastructure over 1.5acre land. These women lead dignified lives, by making a living through mushroom cultivation .

Our mission is to cultivate and promote Chemical free, hygienic, organic, exotic and medicinal mushrooms while conserving the environment and providing employment to women, landless farmers and tribals to meet the United Nation's sustainability goals of gender equality, poverty alleviation and health and wellbeing
90% of our Mushroom growers are women who were trained initially in the cultivation process. We buy back from them and later process and sell to Hotels, super markets and pharmaceutical companies and also to convenience stores.This has made about 5000 households self-sufficient. Especially after the disastrous floods of 2013, mushroom farming provided succour to the families of the victims. Now these women are independent and lead a dignified life.
